应用压力注射模具成型工艺对模具提出了更高的要求。在设计模具时要考虑注射口位置、模具精度、逸气槽位置、模具的加热、温控等因素。前面谈到压力注射成型是在无真空情况下进行的,所以注射口的位置应取在不使模具的气泡无法溢出的位置上。因为是无真空条件下的压力注射,所以在模具内或多或少总存在有一些气泡。在模具结构上,尽量考虑到这些问题的存在,使气泡能够溢出模具或滞留在模具的逸气槽内。很难想象在同一金属模具上要实现模具各点温度不同,并在整个生产过程中保持这些温差,但这却是环氧压力注射工艺所要求的,模具设计要考虑到这一特点,一般目前所采用的加热方式为电热管加热和热点偶控温。必须注意的是保持足够的热功率,一般来说注射料的温度较模具要低得多,当料进入模具后,如模温下降很多将无法保证注射成型的正常进行,还有应选择适当的加热和温控位置。

The design of the die should take this characteristic into account. It must be noted that the thermal power is kept enough. In general, the temperature of the injection material is much lower than that of the mold. When the material enters the mold, if the mold temperature drops many will not guarantee the normal injection molding, and the appropriate heating and temperature control position should be selected. |
