工艺路线的确定
Determination of process route
工艺路线关系到产品质量、产品成本、生产周期(生产效率)等各方面的因素。因此,在组织生产前,必须对产品使用时的技术条件(环境、温度、介质、载荷……等),制品结构、生产数量及施工条件等进行全面的了解,经过分析研究,才能确定成型工艺方案,一般来说,应从以下几个方面考虑:
The technological route is related to the factors such as product
quality, product cost, production cycle (production efficiency) and so
on. Therefore, the technical conditions (environment, temperature,
medium, load, etc.) must be used for the use of the product before the
production is organized. We must have a comprehensive understanding of
product structure, production quantity and construction conditions.
After analyzing and studying, we can confirm the molding process plan.
Generally speaking, we should consider the following aspects.
(1)根据产品使用要求,合理选用原、辅材料、配方和铺层方法。
(1) according to the requirements of the use of the products, the
original, auxiliary materials, formula and laying methods are reasonably
selected.
(2)根据产品几何形状、生产数量、确定模具的结构形式和模具材料。
(2) according to the geometric shape of the product, the quantity
of production, determine the structure of the mold and mold material.
(3)根据气候条件、任务缓急、确定固化方式。
(3) according to the climate conditions and task priorities, determine the curing method.
