闭式冷却塔结构组成
1、换热器——性能完美。
1. Heat exchanger - perfect performance.
该系列冷却塔全部采用改良型高效换热器。换热盘管在传统基础上进行优化，采用椭圆形截面或不锈钢波节管，可有效降低空气侧阻力，更适应较大的喷淋水量；由于管间距减小，提高了单位体积的换热管数量，增大了换热面积，换热效率明显提高。向下流动的管内工作液和向上流动的管外空气具有最佳的换热效果。整个换热器由一个或多个盘管组构成，四周均以钢框架箱围护，坚固耐用。盘管组材质为优级钢管，全部钢管均顺管内工作液流动方向适当倾斜，便于工作液流出，制作精良，并须经过2.5MPa的耐压检测才准予出厂，每件盘管均经过规范的热镀锌进行防腐。
This series of cooling towers all adopt the improved type of high efficiency heat exchanger. The heat exchange coil are optimized on the basis of the tradition, the elliptical cross section or stainless steel bellows, can effectively reduce the air side resistance, more suitable for large water spray; because the pipe spacing decreases, improve the unit volume of the heat exchanger tube number, increasing the heat exchange area, the heat transfer efficiency is significantly improved. The downward flow of the working fluid in the pipe and the upward flow of the air have the best heat transfer effect. The whole heat exchanger is made up of one or more coil units, surrounded by steel frame boxes, strong and durable. Coil set material for quality steel pipe are all along the direction of flow of working fluid within the appropriate tilt, to facilitate the work of liquid outflow, the production of sophisticated, and subject to the 2.5MPa pressure test will be allowed to the factory, each coil after galvanizing for corrosion.

冷却塔结构设计简单、合理，稳固耐用。集水箱及塔体采用热镀锌钢板，防腐性能优良，可正常使用15年以上。也可以根据用户需要部分或全部采用304或316L不锈钢制作。

3、排风装置——运行可靠。

风机采用的高效机翼型FRP材质或铝合金材质风机，噪声低、风量大，运行平稳，出厂前经平衡校正以确保其稳定性。
